Job Description

1.    Custodian of all Properties & Legal Documents of the company

2.    To be able to prepare and present the financial proposals for raising financial facilities i.e. R/F, Term finance, FATR, IBP, B.G and leases etc. from banks / financial institutes according to the needs of the company.

3.    To be able to correspond/ communicate with all banks/ insurance companies/leasing company and regulatory authorities concerning any requirements.

4.    To be able to handle / respond to requirement of annual renewal of financial facilities and limits for the company.

5.    To be able to deal with banks / financial institutes in order for keeping up / maintenance of all financial facilities and limits of the company 

6.    To be able to process/ deal with the banks/ financial institutions for issuance of bank guarantees like bid guarantees, performance guarantees, mobilization advance guarantees/ insurance guarantees etc.

7.    To be able to handle markup payments to all financial institutions promptly.

8.    To be able to maintain debt profile and management reporting of outstanding all financial facilities obtained  and collateral provided by the company.

9.    To handle all finance/ lease requirements of the company.

10. To handle all insurance requirements under laying the financial facilities limits

11. To deal with property valuators appointed by banks for property valuation of collateral and financial facilities sanctioned.

12. To handle mortgage / security protection in favor of banks to secure the financial facilities and redemption thereof.

13. To handle all corporate filling requirement with SECP including mortgage / charge registration and satisfaction.

14. To handle income tax returns filing with FBR for the company and for the director in consultation with the tax advisors annually.

15. To be able to fill online of monthly withholding tax returns of income tax, general sale tax, provincial sale tax and should be able to ensure the payments of withholding tax to government in due cause.

16. To be able to coordinate with lawyers regarding legal documentations and to coordinate with auditors / consultants concerning legal issues.

17. To handle the vehicle registration and insurance formalities
