To ensure that Accounting System is as per internal / external regulatory requirements.
• To formulate and implement financing strategies for AGL and provide advice to CEO – AGL in this regard.
• To consolidate and submit periodical Accounts / Finance reports to CEO – AGL and AWT HO for presentation to Board of Directors
• To advice CEO about performance of ROs based on financial results and future projections
• To ensure that annual closing of accounts is made on timely basis while completing all reconciliations and necessary checks and get them audited by External / Internal Auditors.
• To ensure that Tax Management and Corporate Tax Planning of AGL is carried out with continuous monitoring of trends.
• To act as Company Secretary and ensure compliance to statutory requirements of SECP and Corporate Returns updating.
• To act as secretary of AGL Provident Fund and ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
• Team Building and overall reassignment of duties in entire Finance Section of AGL keeping in view the changing environment.
• To introduce Policy Guidelines for operational / financial activities
• To Strengthen Internal Control and monitoring of AGL Finance processes
• To Advice CEO for future projects to be undertaken
• To prepare structured Budget of the company covering entire resources allocation vis – a – vis market potential for particular region and AGL as a whole.
• To ensure structured monitoring of Regional Offices to evaluate the compliance of internal control.
•To supervise Accounts / Finance department at AGL HO and coordinate overall working of Accounts / Finance department
• Act as financial advisor related on all matters.
• Any task assigned by the supervisor directly relating to financial matters of AGL.
