Job Description

  1. Perform month end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries if, required.

  2. Finalize management accounts on monthly basis.

  3. Present monthly, quarterly & annual accounts for CFO’ review.

  4. Present variance analysis along with management accounts for CFO’ review.

  5. Liaison with tax manager for sales tax working & finalization on monthly basis.

  6. Prepare and present annual accounts for statutory audit.

  7. Liaison with tax consultant for annual income tax working and finalization of annual income tax return.

  8. Develop new SOPs for process improvements.

  9. Liaison with ERP Manager (SAP B1) to improve ERP process and report generations.

  10. Supervise accounts receivable & payable.

  11. Supervise journal entries & invoices booking in ERP.

  12. Complete knowledge of monthly stock taking & stock costing.

  13. Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.

  14. Analysis financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolution.

  15. Monitor expenditures, analysis revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.

  16. Respond to accounting enquiries from management in a timely manner.

  17. Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.

  18. Monitor and record financial transactions according to International Accounting Standards

  19. Financial management insights, workings & analysis to build healthy financial position of each business segment.
