To analyze and document business process requirements that includes meeting the process owner and process stakeholders to analyze process, documents, workflows, current problems, and their expectations, etc
Part of the core team member of To Be team, to think and propose the robust, efficient, and out of the box process design.
Designing processes flows, flow charts, prototypes, and other documents
Part of the team, to document To Be process using the company standard document formats
Part of the implementation team to implement the To Be process, Setups in Oracle EBS modules , integration with the legacy Apps, personalization of standard forms and customization needs of legacy applications
Responsible for the deployment, Reconciliations and Go-Live across company
Responsible for the development of training, user manuals, and other documentations
Responsible to support users for already and newly configured EBS modules
Must have 2 to 3 years of Oracle Financials/Supply Chain/manufacturing modules
Well experienced of manufacturing industry and its business process mapping into the respective Oracle EBS modules
Strong background working with key Finance, accounts, Inventory, Purchasing stakeholders, defining projects, creating project plans/scope, managing stakeholder communications, delivery, execution, and change management planning.
Prior experience in finance and accounting environment/projects and working knowledge of GAAP Accounting is required
Ability to understand IT and business concepts and evaluate the impact of business changes on systems
Knowledge of IT project management and methodologies required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools (Visio, Project, OneNote, etc.) required
Familiarity with Oracle EBS database tables and related tools such as Toad, SQL Developer
Experience with integration of Oracle EBS with external/legacy applications
Experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) or similar reporting system preferred
