Job Description

To ensure the proper accounting of country wide purchases, sales, internal stocks movement.
To ensure accuracy of purchase gains / losses transit gains / losses, operational gains / losses and report any abnormality.
To prepare / consolidate daily stocks reconciliation.
To coordinate and provide support to location staff for real time posting of all transitions including purchase, sales, inter depot stock movement.
Verification of carriage contractors bills and adjustment of transit losses from their bills
To ensure Country wide tank lorry physical reporting at OGRA specified depot data for IFEM claims
To maintain complete record of domestic purchases, imported cargo and WOP appendix C.
