Job Description
Responsible for effectively management / supervision of costing and budgeting process of the company.
Provide information to the management on cost of company’s products to achieve target revenue / profit.
Preparation of budgets and cost center wise analysis and reporting of variances through SAP.
Develop templates for costing and budgeting Information compilation.
Prepare cost trends / forecast analysis for project costs, highlighting concerns and recommending necessary measures / remedies.
in-depth cost analysis to provide input for cost saving.
Inventory management with physical stock taking and reconciliation of differences.
Supervise the accounting operations and internal control systems to ensure that accounting books in respect of costing records are properly maintained.
Preparation of costing and budgeting policies / manual.
Preparation of rolling financial forecast its analysis with budget, actual and prior periods
Managing budgets based on authority levels and limits and taking necessary actions to control and reduce cost.
Support month-end closing by ensuring that all expenses and provisions are booked to appropriate Accounts.
SAP financial module implementation, monitoring, data input and development of reports accordingly.
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
